Assembly quality requirements

1. The hardness of the main castings of Yiming CNC engraving machine tool is between hb178-220, the base, column, beam, connecting plate sliding plate should be subject to secondary aging treatment after finish machining.

2. The machine tool shall have fixed joint surface, base column, column beam in close contact. The contact surface shall be less than 75% after grinding. The scraping point shall be greater than 10 points / 25x25mm2, the thickness of 0.05mm plug shall be inserted into 5mm.

3. Corresponding interface between tracks. There is no joint surface between motorized spindle card Z slide plate. The contact area during grinding should be greater than 85%. The research point of v-scratch should be more than 16 points / 25x25mm2

5. Railway assembly. Track assembly pairs should be kept parallel, which should be less than 0.01. After installing worktable, connecting plate Z slide plate, the whole process of manual pushing should be simple flexible, with heavy weight, blocking driving force less than 2kg.
